2. Order Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your order within 3 days of receiving the product or accessing the service, without providing a reason.

Refunds will be issued within 14 business days to the original payment method, with no additional fees.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item was purchased within the last 3 days.
  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (if applicable).
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Perishable or time-sensitive items
  • Digital products (if accessed or used)
  • Unsealed health, hygiene, or safety items
  • Items bundled with others in an inseparable way

We reserve the right to refuse returns if conditions are not met.

4. Returning Goods

You are responsible for return shipping costs and risks. Items must be returned to:

5. Items Marked as Gifts

If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive gift credit for returns. Otherwise, refunds will go to the original purchaser.

6. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items bought on sale or under promotions are non-refundable unless legally required.

7. Digital Products & Courses

  • No refunds for downloadable content once accessed.
  • Online courses may be refundable if no significant content is accessed and a request is made within 7 days of purchase.
